<p><strong>Beans: </strong>Eating legumes twice a week can lower the rate of developing breast cancer.</p>
<p><strong>Blueberries</strong>: They are great source of antioxidants, including cancer-fighting chlorogenic acid.</p>
<p><strong>Broccoli</strong>: They are rich in sulforaphane, a plant chemical that interferes with the growth of breast cancer cells.</p>
<p><strong>Flaxseed</strong>: Eating two tablespoons of ground flaxseed a day can slow the rate of cancer cell growth.</p>
<p><strong>Garlic:</strong> Allyl sulfur and other substances in garlic slow the growth of tumor cells.</p>
<p><strong>Green Tea</strong>: It is an excellent source of catechins, which are potent antioxidants. If green tea is sipped daily, the risk of developing breast cancer decreases.</p>
